Hi! We are excited to watch your athletes compete at the Savannah Coastal Swim League 2024 City Championship Meet. We have 42 swimmers participating. Attached please find the heat sheet. It is also available on our website (Meets & Events > 2024 Meets). GO MAYFAIR!!!!

Our warmup is 8:30-9AM and the meet starts at 9AM. Look for Mayfair coaches. We will have lanes 1-2 on the Scoreboard end and lanes 5-7 on the other end. Swimmers will use both areas to share time on the blocks.

NOTE:  If for any reason you disagree with something happening at the meet - please FIRST speak with one of the Mayfair coaches. DO NOT approach an official, data entry area, league officials, timer, or coach from another team. 

Here are some notes sent to the coaches that will also be helpful for parents to review:

• Parking can go to overflow across the street from CCAC. Please do not park in sections of the grass field that have cones. These spots are reserved for the food trucks.
• Food Trucks: Chick-Fil-A, BowTie BBQ, Mahlo Ice, Nothing Bundt Cakes
• Eagle Sportz will be there selling custom screen-printed shirts/sweatshirts for your swimmer(s). They have a lot of customization options! They will be located in the alcove near the rec pool. City Meet artwork is attached.
• Please be mindful and respectful of the CCAC. This includes picking up your trash and cleaning up after yourselves. Please be aware of trash and belongings left in the restrooms as well. Failure to comply with clean-up of the facility and use of the pools outside of where the meet is happening, could jeopardize our ability to host meets at CCAC. Please do your part to ensure we have a successful meet all the way around.
• Swimmers are not permitted to play in the competition pool OR the rec pool at any time during the meet. The facility is open for others to use, and we must be respectful of this.
• Absolutely NO parents will be allowed behind the blocks/coaching tables/or data entry.
• 6U Awards will take place after the free relays.
• Awards will be presented 30 minutes after the final medley relay event.
